i live in parkview rd and have with others over the years asked greenwich council for speed bumps you know what their answer was you have to have 3 accidents for them to even look at it.Whats that old saying " waiting for an accident to happen".?

I am a traffic officer for a neighbouring borough, I've e-mailed greenwich's parking team asking them for some help on this matter, maybe a visible presence only to recieve a somewhat sarcastic reply but we shall see if they make an appearence
