| New Eltham Residents'
Association was founded in 1930. It is a non-political
association that looks upon local issues with impartiality and non
allegiance.
The current chairman is Robin Clark and the President is Clive Efford the
current local Member of Parliament (Eltham Constituency).
As a pressure group for the residents of New Eltham we tackle local issues and
concerns and liaise with local Council and Parliament.
Issues such as local police monitoring, building development, traffic watchdog
and problems and local transport services are just a few of the wide ranging
subjects and problems which are dealt with on a day-by-day basis.
The committee comprises local residents, local businesses, councilors and the
local MP. The organization rests solely on the efforts and enthusiasm of
volunteers and interested residents. Meetings are held once a month.

packs retail at £3.00. They look forward to people's support of the scout group
in purchasing the cards. For details phone Ruth Fawcett on 07711921176
