maybe you're looking for a bargain?
The eMarket is a new part of the website where you may list items for
sale, with a photograph, for free! However, if you're not already a member of
the New Eltham Residents Association we would appreciate it if you would join
(Only £2.00 a year).
How it works:
You need to register with the website first. This gives you access to
the eMarket and the Discussion Forum.
List your item in the eMarket by entering its details, and a
picture, if you wish. Your email address will automatically appear to potential
buyers. Optionally, you may enter your phone number, which will also be
displayed to buyers.
Potential buyers will contact the seller and arrange the transaction
between themselves. NERA takes no part in, is not responsible for and
accepts no liability for the transaction. We simply provide the facility.
There are a few rules (eg. No mains electrical appliances may be
offered for sale due to health & safety obligations). Please read the
Guidelines.
Sellers may click on 'My eMarket Items' to change/add any details of
an item.
Items will remain listed for a maximum of 60 days. If you sell your
item before this time, please remove it so as not to disappoint others.
If the eMarket proves successful we will
provide further features to enhance the experience.
